The story
Built for the 1936 Olympics under Werner March, the Olympiastadion hosted the 2006 World Cup final — Italy beating France 5-3 on penalties after a 1-1 draw remembered for Zidane's headbutt on Materazzi. It also hosts the German Cup final every year.
